The Secret of life

In ancient times, people became enthralled with the greatest secret of life. They wondered at the secret of potential and the secret of eternity. The philosophers aspired for what they called “The Philosopher’s Stone.” Chemists searched for what they called the “Elixir of Life,” and storytellers dreamed about a wish ring and a magic lamp. None of them achieved a wit of their aspirations.

Say to these people, and others from all walks of life, that the greatest secret of life, indeed, the “Elixir of Life” is contemplation, free and powerful contemplation, with the capacity to split a hair, and the capacity even to distinguish between its two resultant hairs. This contemplation is the fruit of the directed mind, tamed and well-bred, with the refinement of reality and truth.
